Completing City of Waterloo’s Online COVID-19 Heath Screening Form
In order to participate in a City rec program all participants must:
- Complete the City of Waterloo’s Online COVID-19 Health Screening Form prior to entering the facility on the same day as the activity takes place.
- The health screening form must be completed each and every time a participant and/or a family member enters the facility.
- Participants must successfully pass the screening in order to be permitted entry into the facility.
- You do not need to bring a printed copy of your results. Facility Ambassadors will check your form details at the assigned entrances.
- For those participants who do not have access to an electronic device, a staff member will assist in the completion of the online health form upon arrival at the facility.

Visiting RIM Park |
Per the Region of Waterloo's Face Covering Bylaw, masks must be worn when entering the building. Masks may be removed to participate in your game.

RIM Park Schedule
Waterloo Pickleball Club welcomes all ages and abilities - no membership is required. Connect with other pickleballers in our Facebook group.
You must bring your own paddles and balls. All pickleball activities take place at the RIM Park Manulife Sportsplex.
- Programs will be played with 2 people, 1 per court for the first few weeks of play
- Players get 50 minutes of continuous play, no rotation amongst courts is allowed
- Bring your own paddles and balls
